Phil Schriber
A 30-plus year resident of Austin, Phil founded Film Fleet LLC in early 1994. But his adventure in the Texas film business began long before. Phil owned and operated a motorhome rental business for many years.
In 1980, the production BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS approached him with the opportunity to provide rental equipment. He soon parted ways with his rental business and worked as a driver on his first feature length film, RED HEADED STRANGER. Within a few short years, Phil worked his was to becoming a Transportation Coordinator for some of the area’s largest productions, including MISS CONGENIALITY, SECONDHAND LIONS, THE ALAMO, TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE: THE ORIGIN, and THE HITCHER. Phil has also ventured to work on various out-of-state projects, including GLORY ROAD and FAILURE TO LAUNCH. Although the opportunity to work in Hollywood has presented itself many times, Phil continues to choose Austin as his home.
Phil and his wife, Sissy, have been happily married for 35 years. Together they have three children and seven grandchildren. When the opportunity presents itself, Phil travels the countryside and squeezes in a bit of fishing.

Whether she is at home baking or reading; traveling any and every place she can go; attempting to wakeboard on Lake Travis; or cruising around Austin – she has always been on-the-go. Pete E Bear
I was hired on as Film Fleet’s Senior Mascot in late January 2008. As a young pup, I entered this position with little experience and was thankful for the opportunity. My daily duties involve Longhorn wrangling, well wishing, salesman startling and being a lot leader. I am also in charge of making sure the carpet stays in place – this is a tough job, that requires many naps, in various locations, each day. I take my job very seriously, so when the weekend rolls around I play as hard as I work. I enjoy walks through the park and bird chasing. I’m a new doggy-brother, which takes most of my time. Next time you visit The Fleet be sure to say hi and toss me a treat, or a taco!
